Attitude of Gratitude


Do you have an attitude of gratitude?  How many times each day do you stop to say, “thank you” for all of the blessing in your life?  Do you know that one of the most powerful and simplest ways to transform your life is to develop an attitude of gratitude?  No matter who you are or what your current circumstances are you can find things to be grateful for.  Giving thanks every day for your current blessings awakens the power to receive more of what you are grateful for.

If you want to attract abundance into your life developing an attitude of gratitude is one of the most important steps that you can take.  It is impossible to bring more into your life if you are feeling ungrateful about what you have.  Negative emotions block good from coming to you.  Any negative feelings you may have, such as criticism, complaining, blaming, resentment, and etc. mean that you are not grateful.  It is very important to pay attention to your feelings.  All negativity falls away when you are sincerely giving thanks.

Being truly grateful will bring an abundance of happiness into your life.  How do you begin to develop your attitude of gratitude?  Start with a list.  You can do it mentally or better yet write it down.
You can even use  journaling  software  if you prefer to help you to create your attitude of gratitude. List all of the things that you are grateful for right now even though some of those things may not be exactly what you want – be grateful that you have them.  A journal is great place to write all that you are thankful for every day.  You will be amazed that as you begin focusing on all the good in your life and the many things that you are grateful for how easy it will be to find more and more to be grateful for.  The more you practice your attitude of gratitude the more deeply and sincerely you will begin to feel it, that is the real key.  Begin today with an attitude of gratitude and summon the Universe to move all things for you.
