How do you begin to develop your attitude of gratitude? Start with a list. You can do it mentally or better yet write it down. You can even use journaling software if you prefer to help you to create your attitude of gratitude. List all of the things that you are grateful for right now even though some of those things may not be exactly what you want – be grateful that you have them. A journal is great place to write all that you are thankful for every day. You will be amazed that as you begin focusing on all the good in your life and the many things that you are grateful for how easy it will be to find more and more to be grateful for. The more you practice your attitude of gratitude the more deeply and sincerely you will begin to feel it, that is the real key.
